  The customer service was fantastic and all of the staff that I talked with were incredibly polite.
  Unfortunately, the day I went there were only 2 slopes or courses open on the entire Mountain. There was a slope that runs right beneath the chairlift and a course that veered off to the left of the main slope that kind of went around some trees and then back to the lift.
  If more slopes are open (even half of the available slopes would have been nice) then I would have easily given this resort five out of five. But the fantastic customer service and the couple's slopes that were open were decent enough to earn it four out of five stars.
